The Fight is Not Over to Stop the E. 91st Marine Transfer Station
News & Update from Residents for Sane Trash Solutions

October 16th – Hearing in State Supreme Court

As you may know, the lawsuit in State Supreme Court brought by Assembly Member Micah Kellner and to which Sane Trash is a party, will be heard in oral arguments before Judge Eileen A. Rakower on October 16th. We believe our interests would be best served by allowing these arguments to be heard before the Judge in a courtroom WITHOUT a crowd that might distract from her focus and from the oral presentation of our attorney, Al Butzel. We therefore ask that you NOT attend this proceeding. We will keep you all fully informed of rulings or decisions in this lawsuit as they are released by the court.
